Now… You are bidding on a VERY nicely conditioned 2003 BMW R1200CLC. Let me tell you about the bike. First, it has never been dropped or in an accident. Body, engine and chrome are in great condition, especially considering this is a 7 year old motorcycle, and it only has 15,000 miles. There is one scuff mark on the tour pack. Not even sure how it got there, but I have it in a picture. Now on to some of the niceties... · Integrated Power Assisted ABS…the most powerful, effective brakes I have ever experienced · Powerful, integrated BMW sound system, including: o AM o FM o Weather o Single CD (in the side case) · Integrated, locking hard side luggage and top case · Luggage rack on top case with LED brake lights · PIAA Ultra Bright Headlights · Heated grips (two position) · Heated driver and passenger seat (two position, separate controls) · Two Powerlet Outlets · Mount for a Garmin Zumo 550 (mounted on the bike, but GPS is not included, unless…see below***) · Cruise control · Easily adjustable rear suspension (solo, passenger, fully loaded) · Cool, low-profile windshield (also included are a high, clear aftermarket shield and the original, but weird, “M” shaped windshield) · BMW bike cover and carrying bag Features wise, this bike just has everything you could want. Mechanically, she is in great shape; everything works as it should. Some things to note: · Tires are a year old and only have about 2K on them—look new (can see the nubs in the picture) · New BMW gel, no-maintenance battery (installed this season) · 12K mile service performed this season (completed by Rose Farm Classics in Woodstock, IL) All in all, she is ready to ride…nothing you have to do other than buy her.
