The interior of this car is nearly flawless expect for wear on the driver front seat. The car runs well, just preformed minor tune up and a window regulator. The car has few minor blemishes but needs repainting, because of sun damage from the Florida sun and minor chips and scrapes. The front spoiler has damage but is repairable by Keystone 1 800 282-0181 (bumper re-furbishers). The car has a clean car fax and auto check so bid with confidence and good luck. Please have all funds available for payment in full within a 5 day period. If another form of payment is accepted by an authorized representative, the vehicle will only be released for delivery and/or shipping upon proof of valid and cleared funds in Thoroughbred Motors account.Thoroughbred Motors reserves the right to end any auction early due to vehicles being offered locally and nationally for sale. DEPOSITS: All vehicles remain available for sale until full payment or agreed upon deposit is received by Thoroughbred Motors. All deposits are not refundable. Please do not place a deposit on any vehicle unless you intend to purchase the car . We require a $1000 USD or if over $50,000 USD 5% of the item purchase price is required for deposit. Deposits are generally only accepted if the seller deems it appropriate for the buyer to have additional time to arrange for funds availability, financing, inspection etc. We do not accept deposits to hold a car so the buyer can "think about it". REMAINING BALANCES DUE: The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including all applicable taxes and fees within 7 days of the purchase date . This includes the completion of any finance or lease contracts necessary for Thoroughbred Motors to be funded in full for the vehicle purchase unless agreed upon by an authorized representative. All financial transactions are to be complete and Thoroughbred Motor is fully funded before delivery and/or transportation of vehicle. ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES: We do charge documentation fee of $299 on each retail sale which includes motor vehicle documents and transfers and miscellaneous expenses including clerical fees, notary fees and United Parcel Service charges. Buyers are responsible for all state, county and local taxes and fees as well as any registration and title fees applicable in and required by the state in which the buyer will register and title the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for any expenses , tax and fees should they export the car outside of the US.
