RE-LISTED DUE TO CATEGORY ERROR in the last auction! I SELL WORLD WIDE! this is one of my good friends cars! He's buying a house and could use the extra cash.... 2005 NISSAN 350Z FOR YOUR INFORMATION: This car belongs to a good friend of mine who's doesn't do eBay so he asked me to list this for him. I'm an automotive engineer with 35 years experience in the field, specializing in european and exotic automobiles. I have looked the car over carefully and here is what I found. There is so much to say about this car, as one would expect from a car that won it's class @ the Carlisle (PA) nationals 3 years in a row! Please take a look at the trophies! My friend bought this car brand new with the intention of turning it into something very special. As you may have seen on the pictures, he surely hit this goal. I took a picture of the awards this car took, very impressive! It has won it's class in every show it has been entered! Such success doesn't come cheap of course: my friend spent well in excess of $60,000 but when you look at the car, hear it or drive it you immediately know: it is worth every penny! Taking a closer look at the styling, one can't help thinking about 'The Fast and Furious' and 'Drifting'. The GREDDY airdam, side skirts and KAMANARI rear drag wing blend beautyfuly with the agressive modern styling of the "Z" without going overboard or looking 'tacky' like some of those tripple wings do. These custom parts were professionally painted with PPG base & clear coat to match the car perfectly before installation. As you can see in the pictures, this all was done to the highest standards. No modern show car is complete without a serious custom audio system. As with the body, no expenses were spared. The Pioneer head unit is XM ready, has AM/FM/CD and is wired for you MP3 player or IPOD! Of course, the head-unit can't deliver the punch for all the speakers: that's were the KICKER 400Watt amlifier comes in, feeding 2 KICKER Comp VR 10 inch woofers. Of course there is also a KICKER 375watt(x2!!) component amp. to feed the KICKER 6 1/2 inch component speakers. A KICKER 1 Farad Capazitor keeps it all nicely powered up at peak performance. Well, I said PERFORMANCE, so let's talk performance: engine performance that is. I guess you saw it on the pics, the car got a (very expensive) KINETIX custom stainless intake manifold & plennum with a color matched cover. This is connected to a AEM Cold Air Intake to take full advantage of the improved intake flow capability. Since you have to get all that extra air back out of the motor, the car has DC Sports headers and a STILLEN full dual exhaust with X-Pipe. The car has estimated (calculated) 350 to 375 HP. So, now that we have all this power and a 6 speed transmisson to get it to the rear wheels, how do we stop the monster? The good news is that the 350Z is a relatively light car which helps. The other good thing is that the OEM brakes are fairly effective. Knowing that, my friend upgraded the brake rotors to DBA's Cross drilled & slotted units and replaced the pads with, what I consider one of the best, EBC brake pads. Now she stops on a dime and they don't fade like the stock brakes do. The next step was logical: we need to improve handling to take full advatage of the great brakes and extra power! Not an easy task considering the pretty impressive hadling of a bone-stock 350Z. A change of wheels and tires is always a good move, so my buddy ordered a set of 19 inch RACING HARTS in black with fully polished lip. He shoed the front 9"x19" with 245/35 TOYO Proxy's and mounted 275/35 TOYO's on the 10.5"x19 rear wheels. These tires have less than1000 miles on them. Not only for handling but for looks as well, he lowered the car by 1.5 inches using B&G lowering springs and TOKIKO D-Spec struts. To make it all perfect, he installed KINETIX front upper adjustable control arms and rear camber/caster bars. To top it all off, he used HOTKIS 5-way adjustable sway bars. Also worth noting is the brand new interstate battery. There are absolutely no imperfections, nicks, scratches, stains, dings or dents, period! This is a Show car but also a very fast, great performing automobile. There isn't anything more I can say other then that she's 100% PERFECT! Since the saying goes, 'a picture tells more than a thousand words', I've included lots of them! Of course, the incredible power, handling and speed with which this car amazes her driver is another incentive to buy her! 'Investing in Fun' might just be the best investment you'll ever make!
