If vehicle is driven on Florida highways and your State is a reciprocating state, we will collect sales tax up to 6%. Credit for sales tax collected is allowed by reciprocating states. The buyer is responsible for any additional tax over 6% to be paid to your home State when registering your vehicle.All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty. Seven Stars Enterprises sells late model vehicles that may still have existing manufacturer's warranty. All inspections must be completed and financing arranged prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged. Inspection companies are available on the internet as well as eBay. Additional keys, owners manuals, , CD cartridges and navigational diskettes may not be available if not included in the listing.We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction. The successful high bidder will submit a $1000.00 within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Cash (In Person), certified check, cashiers check, bank wire transfer, or third party approved financing. Please call prior to bidding to insure your third party financing is acceptable terms of payment. We don't accept paypal or escrow services.

Fees and Taxes:

Seven Stars Enterprises, Inc will collect sales tax on all applicable residents residing in the state of Florida. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title or registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. If vehicle is driven on Florida highways and your State is a reciprocating state, we will collect sales tax up to 6%. Credit for sales tax collected is allowed by reciprocating states. The buyer is responsible for any additional tax over 6% to be paid to your home State when registering your vehicle.

All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty. Seven Stars Enterprises sells late model vehicles that may still have existing manufacturer's warranty. All inspections must be completed and financing arranged prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged. Inspection companies are available on the internet as well as eBay.
