Vehicle Detail

This is a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis, 4.6 Liter V8, Automatic, White, Tan/White Leather Interior, 140k Miles, Florida Edition, Power Windows/Locks/Seats, Stereo, Cold Air, Runs and Drives Great, The bad: The interior needs TLC. The leather is cracked and the headliner is bad. As stated earlier, the rear passenger window doesn't work. The temp gage doesn't work, but the car doesn't run hot. I will be driving it to Alabama this weekend which is 4 hours each way. I was told that the coolant sensor needs to be grounded to reset it. This supposed to only take a minute but I don't know how to ground it. The front end sometimes squeaks. It isn't like a joint going out, it is more like a squeaky door hinge sound. This doesn't affect driveability at all. The good: The cars runs and drives good. The drivetrain is strong. You are welcome to stop by and view it if you are local. The air blows cold. The CD player, cruise control, power windows (except the rear passenger window) and power seats work. I am selling the car to buy a truck. Otherwise I would keep it. This would be great for someone just needing dependable transportation or wanting something to fix up into a really cool ride. Feel free to ask any questions. On Sep-07-10 at 13:15:37 PDT, seller added the following information: We got the squeaking front end fixed. It was just $23 lower ball joint. Now there is no squeaking! It rides great. On Sep-08-10 at 02:22:01 PDT, seller added the following information: Correction: The mileage in the description is listed as 14,100. This is supposed to be 141,000. I apologize for the typo. It was not intentional. On Sep-08-10 at 09:25:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Not sure if this will help or hurt, but here are the Kelly Blue Book Private Party Values for this car.
