For sale 1978 Ford F-250 Super Cab 4x4 with Meyer Plow. Truck is equipped with a 460ci motor and a c6 automatic transmission. Recently had front brakes done and brake line replaced with exhaust manifold gaskets replaced aswell. The rims and tires are brand new with less than 1000 miles on them, size 16.5 x 33 x 12.50 Cooper Tires. I recently purchased this truck from a seller in Pennsylvania who had this, according to him, in his barn for the last 14 years which was confirmed when I looked at the title issuance date for the previous owner. Truck runs well, also has new windshield, new rear slider window and all new window and door gaskets/seals. Although not pictured, an 8' Meyer Plow goes with the sale with another set of tires which are narrow and I also have chains that will fit the narrower tires. Also not pictured is the bed liner that is in the truck - it was removed to take photo's for insurance purposes. The only reason I am selling this truck is because it recently became my daily driver and with the price of gas need I say more with a big block 460! This will be a no reserve auction. On Sep-06-10 at 06:51:43 PDT, seller added the following information:Regarding rust, the previous owner had the truck for 14 yrs and he lived in PA.He said he painted the truck approx. 2 yrs ago (enamel). The only rust repair that I see is the drivers side floor was patched. Extent of bodywork prior to paint unknown to me. Sorry I thought the new pictures were added yesterday!! Just had to redo it...
