We have fully customized this Suburban just like GMs 2010 Suburban which GM had build as a concept vehicle that was recently seen and photographed at the Louisville RV show. This is a fully integrated DuraMax Suburban, we are the only builder on the east coast that builds DuraMax/Allison SUVs on the 906 (Suburban size) frame. Our integrations are both seamless and OEM in appearance. All diagnostics and operating features work exactly as they would if GM built a Duramax diesel SUV. This Suburban can be easily serviced at your local Chevrolet Dealer with off the shelf parts and run all necessary diagnostic testing using Chevrolet Tech 2 and Candi Module.?? THE DURABURB TowPro Series The TowPro line (one of three series offered) is our ultimate SUV series, it capitalizes on the heavy duty 2500 frame, coupled with the 2500HD series 11.5” rear differential then we pack it with the massive torque and pulling power of the DuraMax LMM/6 Speed Allison 1000 Transmission combo. The TowPro series is the Luxury Edition that applies to the Suburban, Escalade, ESV & Denali &Denali XL. The TowPro series makes it possible for you to really PULL HARD! This is where we integrate the 11.5” HD rear end into the 2500 SUV to allow you to PULL FOR ALL ITS WORTH in the mountains and hills! These trucks can be set up to be incredibly powerful and can effortlessly pull the full 12000 Lb capacity as if it wasn’t even there. Our integrations are absolutely complete, from the OEM intercooler at the front to the 11.5” 3.73 posi-track differential in the rear. This includes the engine, transmission, transfer case, all control modules, wiring and fueling system. This is no mere engine swap; these integrations take about 1 month and 60+ hrs of shop time to complete and two trucks to build. I have been driving this off and on for the last couple weeks and it’s been a great truck and a blast to drive. This truck gets 17/22 mpg, not to bad for a full on 4X4 2500HD Suburban. This truck has 3.73 gearing with 305/50/R20 tires. The speedometer has been calibrated and this tire size is the necessary to hold a truck this powerful down on the ground. The donor truck is a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado K2500HD VIN # 1GCHK23657F524874 it only had 67,153 miles. All of our trucks go through a very thorough final inspection and test-driven. This warranty applies to all services rendered in the retrofitting (upfitting) of the Duramax diesel drive train into the SUV, it also includes all associated components their application and installation, but does NOT include the components themselves as they can or may have varying warranties from their manufactures. All DuraBurb SUV’s are warranted for 1 year regardless of owner this warranty is fully transferable, the warranty period begins upon purchase of the SUV from the licensed vehicle dealer distributing the SUV.Component WarrantyThis guaranty of workmanship additionally covers any components that may become damaged or rendered inoperable due to incorrect installation or application. This is to include all components that have been moved or installed in the unfitting process to enable the proper operation of the diesel drive train in the formally gasoline powered SUV. This guaranty is applied to the installation and proper application of said components not the components themselves. Should moved or added components fail due to manufacture defect during routine use and not due to improper installation or application, the said item(s) may or may not be covered by the manufactures of the said components.DuraBurb in no way warranties or guaranties any manufactured items used in the unfitting process of the SUV as DuraBurb is not the manufacturer of said items. If component warranty can be acquired by DuraBurb then the DuraBurb Company will intervene on the behalf of the end user and source said components at no charge, shipping not included.Warranty ApplicationThe application of this warranty strictly applies to the routine use of the said SUV within its designed operating parameters as set forth by the manufacture of the SUV or the altered parameters by DuraBurb for enhanced application of the SUV.The following enhancements are and restricted to:Enhanced payload capacity not to exceed 5000 LBS.Enhanced tow capacity not to exceed 600 LBS tong weight 5000 LBS tow weight un leveled or 1500LBS tong weight 12000 LBS tow weight with trailer levelingAbuse or misuse of the SUV covered under this Warranty may constitute the limitation or termination of the warranty as deemed by the DuraBurb claims Dept.Warranty ReimbursementAny repairs or services covered under the warranty period of the SUV must be performed by a certified GM service center, if such service center is not available at the time of the needed repair an A.S.E. Certified mechanical service center may render such repairs. If neither are available or an alternate mechanical service method is desired or necessary please contact the claims department at Claims@DuraBurb.com before making the repairs to avoid denial of claim.Out of Country Vehicles please contact the DuraBurb claims department atClaims@DuraBurb.com The reimbursement of labor for any services covered under the warranty of the SUV shall be paid at prevailing service rate. Surcharges or excise charges are not covered. Towing is not covered. This is not an insurance policy and therefore does not cover additional cost that may be incurred due to the needed repairs.Post Upfitting Warranty LimitationsThe DuraBurb Warranty is limited to the completed state of the SUV when it leaves the DuraBurb facility, if additional unfitting or modifications to the SUV are made to the aspects that were formally assembled by DuraBurb, this disassembly and reassembly by the post upfitter, becomes the responsibility of the post upfitter, DuraBurb in no way guaranties’ other upfitters work.
