2000 Chrysler Concorde LXI This car drives great with no known problems. It is inspected until October 31, 2011. The tires are new 20" tires & can handle speeds up to 130 MPH. The LXI has 225 horse power, 3.2 Liter single-cam engine, a 113" wheelbase, & a 4 disc in-dash CD changer. Earlier in the year it got a new battery from AAA with a 6 yr warranty (3 yr warranty replacement & a 3 yr pro-rated warranty) on it. It also just got transmission work done about a month ago from Delaware County Transmission in Havertown, PA. It has a great alarm system that has the red eye signal on the front dashboard that acts as a deterant from theft. There are some issues with the car but they are mostly cosmetic & appearance oriented: some dings & dents on the sides & a large dent near the headlamp on the driver's side. It is shown in 2 pics from different angles. There is also a dent further up on the same panel but thats only 1 panel to replace if you want to replace it. Neither dents alter the function of the car. Only the one near the headlamp is noticeable from far away. The plastic turn signal lens & bulb on the front right side has broken & needs to be replaced (altho when you drive there aren't too many people that even see your front right turning signal but I believe it will need to be replaced before getting reinspected). The radio also needs to be rehooked up. The last owner had put a new sound system in it but took it out before selling it and put the original Radio/Cassette/CD Player back into it although he never rehooked it up. You can see the light for the radio go on but the speakers aren't hooked up so you can't hear anything. The glove compartment is also missing the lock & won't come open but there is nothing in it as far as I know. There is a storage caddy right next to the drivers arm on the right that you can store things in instead unless you can get the glove compartment open. There are a few some staorage compartments in the car including a 2 cup holder compartment between the drivers & passenger seat that will bounce out when you tap it & will fold back in when it isn't being used. There is also an armrest & a little storage center in the center of the back seat that will separate the two ends. It folds down & will hold drinks & other things. It folds back up while not in use. I purchased this car last November (off ebay too!) & its been driven lightly since I work out of my house & do not go into an office on a daily basis. I purchased it with the dents & damage that it currently has. It has caused me no driving problems but being a past MiniVan Driver for many years, I am not able to get accustomed to the trunk that does not have the height of a mini van, although the trunk is roomy. I do not know of any other problems that this car has. It is fairly good on gas & has a nice system that tells you MPG while you are driving as well as which direction you are headed although it is not a full GPS system with a map. It is located on the roof next to the controls for the power sunroof. It also has an additional tire stored in the trunk to use as a spare (not a temporary donut spare, although I do have one for the car & you can have that too with this auction if you want it). Being sold AS IS with you doing the cosmetic repairs on the body work listed if you want them done. I need to sell this car right away because I have bought another one & don't have room for this one anymore... The car runs great with no transmission or engine problems & its great on gas too!
