Trade-Ins Are Welcome If you have a car for a trade-in, we will give you the most competitive price for your car. Deposit A $500 NON REFUNDABLE Deposit must be paid within 48 hours of auction close. Warranty We do currently not provide an extended warranty. If the car has a manufacture warranty, we will state it; otherwise all our cars are sold AS-IS. We are not responsible for the voided manufacture warranties. Availability We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales. Legal It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in the state of California. Payment We accept certified cashier checks, wire transfer, and paypal payments. No vehicle will be released until your payment gets cleared. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PAY.
