1971 Triumph Bonneville

You are bidding on a 1971 Triumph Bonneville. This is not a show bike and is sold "as is". It runs good and is fun to ride. I purchased it the way it sits and do not know it's history but have owned it for 7 1/2 years. Here is what I know about it: The #s on the bike are HE306** (last 2 #s left off for security purposes). This means the bike is from July, 1971 and is a Bonneville 650. It is a dual carb. The #s on the frame and engine match but the Triumph logo is not visible behind the stamp on the frame. 1971 and up is oil in the frame but, this motorcycle has an external oil tank. There is a scratch on the fender below the license plate bracket. It's a good looking bike but I'm selling it because I need something with a sidecar!! Please email any questions.
