We are selling my wife's 2007 BMW 328xi Sedan 4DR All wheel drive. It has an Automatic Transmission w/ Sport Shift. The vehicle was serviced by the BMW dealer since new. We purchased Good Year Eagle RSA tires for it @ 31,700 miles. Yes, they are speed rated for this car. It was recently serviced by Wyoming Valley Motors BMW @ 39,900 miles and they put new rotors, brakes, brake sensors, synthetic oil, etc.... The vehicle was just inspected @ 42,000 miles at BMW and the sticker will expire 09/11. The vehicle is still under warranty and will expire at end of this year or 50,000 miles. If you encounter an issue with the vehicle, BMW will fix it for free! The BMW warranty will cover everything except tires! We are selling it due to planning on expanding our family. My wife really does not want to let it go but 2 car seats and a 15 year old just will not work. MECHANICALLY: There is nothing wrong with this vehicle. Runs and drives awsome! FEATURES: This car has a few nice options that makes it book out a little higher. First and foremost, COLD Weather package. It is a $3,800 option when purchasing the car new. It has REAL Dakota Leather interior. NOT Leatherett (vinyl). Yes, BMW makes a lot of the 3- series vehicles with vinyl. The COLD Weather Package also consists of Dual power front seats with lumbar. Both front seats are heated. We installed at 18,000 miles a 3M Chip Guard Package that protects the front bumper, hood, front of the fenders, and mirrors. The Chip guard is a clear 3M film that is specificaly cut to fit the vehicle. The 3M package must be professionally installed. Also has Fog Lights, steering wheel controls for the radio, dual climate control, traction conrtol, etc... We purchased the car @ 17,500 miles. The Title is clean but there is a lein on the vehicle through PSECU (Pennsylvania State Employees Credtit Union). We do not owe more than it is worth. PSECU has a good turn around time for title processing and usually takes 2 weeks to get the Title from Penn DOT. In reality, the BMW Dealer just went over the car and was just inspected by BMW. We are not asking Dealer Retail we are asking just below Private Party.
