a Blazer i bought here(eBay) 3 years ago next month to replace my rusty Oregon version,came from Bakersfield Cal. area.,virtually rust free! the tradeoff is sundamaged interior as it had sat(was told `an old man who hardly drove it' owned it by the seller,i bought this as a driving `core' to build a nice one from this orig unmolested vehicle,ok time for the description> essentially untouched original rig,listed as having a rebuilt motor i can't state i have proof, the intake manifold was lime green?,,,i blacked that out this spring,,motor runs great,smooth and quiet,all orig smog gear in place and working,drives down the hiway fine,4X4 works fine,,in fact i hardly drive it(5,000? in 3 years?),thus i'm offereing this at about half what i invested or the drivetrain value,,,drive anywhere now,title in hand tags are good etc. i'm in a hurry to get this up or i'd ramble on some more;),,if you're interested in this rig e-mail me and we'll go from there,just too many projects on my plate that are `pertinent' before winter comes on but i run down a few items of note here= body was chemically stripped prepped primed with an etch prime then a eurathane,originally white can easily be painted any color you like now(had the `peeling' thing going on),really a nice skin!,glass is good,A/C needs work,front tires have 5,000 miles only,doesn't use oil knock tick or ping,was loaded in it's day(see pic of option tag) posi axle, fuel injected 350,overdrive auto trans,warn hubs power windows,i doubt the roof has ever been removed(doesn't leak),a lot here for the `Blazer person'but she needs TLC,yadayada,,cash offers considered,trades are not(i have 2 musclecars that need raw cash/time before the snow flies),,ok have fun! ok i had a flat about 3 weeks ago in 105F heat(rig was parked) i have the `other' alloy wheel(LRear that's the spare) the rig needs 2 new tires in back= uniroyal liberators to match the near new fronts,also the truck is not `bent' it sits level on level ground it's just the dirt it's onOn Aug-08-10 at 09:52:42 PDT, seller added the following information: ok added a couple pics,the one is when i first got her(07),the other is when the paint was stripped and the wheels polished up and i actually began to drive her,my problem was i had my old Blazer and 2 Suburbans plus a camaro project i had to wade thru and sell plus get some steelheading in;) so this Blazer was always on the side so to speak,,now that i'm down to 4 vehicles from 9 i'd like to get down to 2(plus the wifes),,i have cars i havent driven in a decade so let's get em rolling before winter sets in! bid now and bid often!;)On Aug-08-10 at 11:44:03 PDT, seller added the following information: alright a member contacted me so i have taken interior pics this morning,email me and i'll get them out to whoever wants them,,,,try`uship.com' for a shipping quoteOn Aug-11-10 at 10:35:54 PDT, seller added the following information: ok i missed clicking on the 24 picture package?,,the vehicle is as stated with no rust holes anywhere,yes,some oregon surface rust is beginning to show here and there on the springs underneath,but no rust repair anywhere and none needed,,like i stated she needs TLC! the drivers seat foam bottom is gone,backs are fine and match the nice rear seat,one power window has an issue,CD player is junk,dash is cracked,door pulls are gone,AC condensor is cracked,but my reserve is reasonable for the body or the drivetrain value=you get one of those free!,,now my work is on a schedule of completion by saturday at the latest so any more questions do it now(please!) and i won't be really availlable till sunday then i'll give you all the time in the world from then on have fun!
