1998 Toyota Camry LE - 4 Cyl. - Automatic - Leather Interior - 145,804 Miles This car is being relisted because the winning bidder did not leave a deposit or even come to see the car. Super Strong motor and tranny - no leaks, noises, smoking or slipping. AC is ice cold and has not been recently serviced. Front bumper is cracked and the rear bumper has a hole in it (as pictured). Right rear quarter panel has a small dent. It will drive anywhere. Bid with confidence - it's a Toyota! All the windows work and we are throwing in a good CD player/radio (on the back seat). New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy. Sorry, I don’t make the rules but as a used car dealer I must abide by them. The main reason it won't pass NY inspection is because we can't get the "Check Engine" light to go out. We scanned it and replaced the necessary parts to no avail. Even thought the car runs great, in New York the "Check Engine" light has to be out and the car has to be driven 50 to 100 miles to reset the computer monitors. This is what a NY State dealer has to put up with. Car goes to the highest bidder in "As Is" condition. No Reserve! No Buy It Now!! The front tires are weak but the 2 in the trunk are excellent (and on Toyota Camry wheels) and will fit right on. Any questions call 516-228-1016.
