dgwennap Store I have a great Spitfire up for auction. It has 48405 original miles. I have a bunch of paper work from the previous owner showing the mileage and repairs done to the car. I have owned the car for a few years. I have too many other cars (GT6 projects etc.) and this one must go - The car was painted its current color in 1993 It is an older paint job but it still looks good. - The engine was rebuilt in 1990 with 43011 showing on the odometer head was rebuilt and clutch was replaced at the same time. - The transmission was rebuilt in 2007 at 47717 miles. overdrive works great. - Has new tires, clutch master and slave cylinder, front brakes, rear shocks, oil pan gasket. - A brand new BE-Att co top still in the box (convertible top frame is included) - A Parrish Plastics hard top. - This car has been modified. It now has headers and duel SU carbs ( For California bidders the car is for sale as is and I will not get it smogged. However it does come with original carb, exhaust, smog pump etc.) - Car start ups and drives great. - This car doesn't have any rust. Surface rust in a few spots under brake and clutch reservoirs etc. - I just paid 2011 registration fees If you have any questions please ask. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
