I have all the maintenance records since it was new. It has GPS, which still works fine. It runs fine and is very reliable, and handles like new. It has a few slight cosmetic defects, but is mechanically sound. The most recent oil change was last month ( I never waited the recomended 15,000 miles) and it has only seen BMW synthetic oil and premium fuel. The passenger seat is multi function power, just like the driver's side. There is a full size spare on a wheel just like the other four. Here is a lsit of all the defects that I know about; Very slow oil leak and power steering leak- never needs any replacement fluids, and dealer stated it would have to be repaired eventually with new power steering hoses and a new engine gasket. ( Estimated cost $1300 for both and does not need it now at all) Few dings on the body and bumper (Very minor and I am always asked if it is a new car) A few of the pixels on the dash go out from time to time. 86 degrees can look like 36 degrees, for example. It has a sun screen that can go over each back window and the rear window (total of 5). The only problem is one of the rear small window screens does not retract. The driver side floor mat has been replaced by a generic all weather one. The GPS is requires regional CD's and I was only given the one that covers map 6 which is New England and the Mid Atlantic. Others can be purchased. On Aug-19-10 at 16:08:36 PDT, seller added the following information: This week, the sun screen that goes up from the door fram and then retracts back down broke. Right now, it will not retract. I just crossed 75,000 miles today. Other than that, the car is still fine. On Aug-21-10 at 16:34:52 PDT, seller added the following information: Just yesterday, I turned a little too sharp in a parking lot and scraped the passenger rear wheel. It has about a 2 1/2 inch scrape that it did not have before. I did think much of it until I noticed the scrape this afternoon. It is fairly minor, but I want to make sure everyone knows about it. Its a little upsetting to me, because the wheels are otherwise in such great shape. I did have one that was quite scratched up before, and I had it sent somewhere to be repaired. They did an amazing job, and I have no idea which one it was, now. I think it cost about $250, including shipping both ways.
