All the work was done by me and good friends that are highly knowledgeable with engine swaps, tuning, and auto mechanics. The car is in immaculate shape for 20yrs old; has been meticulously maintained and babied for the last 8 yrs, only the finest parts and workmanship was done to the car. Always been garage kept – never winter driven. Only 40,000kms have been put on the car in over 8 years. The original engine swap was done about 4 years ago (B17A), I had the engine fully built which was a total fail… I still have the B17 in my garage. I moved to BC and bought a B18C from a ’98 Integra GSR. The top end of the engine is 110% it was sent to Okanagan engine in Kelowna less than 2 yrs ago, they did 2 hrs of porting and polishing plus the full 3 angle valve job, new valve seals, and assemble the head. (New Skunk 2 Titanium retainers and dual valve springs a must for the larger Buddy Club cams) The head has less than 1000kms since the rebuild. The B18C bottom end remains stock. I never had the chance to power tune the engine, we spent many hours tuning Hondata for part / full throttle, idle and daily driving but never dialed in the engine / cams on the dyno. Would almost guarantee another 15-20 hp with some dyno time and experienced tuner. The car pulls very hard as is and has a very safe / conservative tune done. I never pushed it for max power. The car has mostly sat in my garage for the last four years, I moved up North and was forced to buy a more convenient year round vehicle. I promised myself I would never sell the car for sedimetal reasons but I’ve run out of places to store it. As of now I’m NOT planning on parting out - although if you don't like the wheels or something like that we can work out a deal.
