The current owner of the car (who provided the information for this listing from memory) just re-checked his file relating to this car and finds that it was actually registered to Norman Withrow of Marion, Ohio who purchased this Packard in 1957 and repainted it from the original green to brown. According to the records provided by Dave Palmer of LaRue, Ohio (the most recent previous owner), Mary Ellen was married to Norman Withrow at that time. The Withrows drove the car until 1969 and then stored it until 1981 when it was sold to Mr. Palmer from whom the current owner purchased it in 2002.
