Up for grabs is a 1994 Chevy S-10 4x2. This truck has a lot of towing power with the 4.3L Vortec V6. You can even hotrod it. This truck is FAST! I've had this truck roughly since November 2009 and it's been a good one. It's red outside and black inside. The interior is even in pretty good condition. The miles aren't bad compared to most and really you couldn't tell it by how well the engine works The good: The truck is equipped with a 4.3L Throttle Body Injection Vortec V6. The engine runs flawlessly and runs out GREAT with no leaks.. It doesn't even tick. Oil pressure is really good usually runs about 60 New water pump with less than 10k miles on it, warrantied by autozoneNew 160 degree thermostat New serpentine belt, with no more than 50 miles on itAll new brakes all the way around.. Roughly $400 in parts and $300 in labor (both calipers, all caliper bolts new, both pads, both drums, both drum brakes,drums have new spring kit also) It will stop on a dime and all parts have autozone warranty. All parts that called for it were greased.New Gabriel rear shocks, warrantied by autozone as wellNew Headlights installed in February (not sure of the kind but I got the brightest I could find) Oil always changed on time Comes with all new (6) AutoLite Double Platinum Spark Plugs and A new Fram Fuel Filter, Transmittion mount (not installed) New coolant as well as flush when water pump was changedThe car came factory without A/C but the heat will run you out The interior is really nice for the year, no tears on seats and carpets are nice. dash has one very small crack you cant see unless your really looking for itThe speakers sound pretty good but no head unit includedHand crank windows and manual locksRear sliding glass windowExtra set of wipers included Original Jack includedClear Title in handThe bad The muffler is missingThe emergency brake cable is cut ( muffle fell on it and caused it to lock up brakes so I just cut it, causes no problems)The tires aren't that good and one of them doesn't hold pressure for more than a day or twoHas damage to the passenger side of the bed in the rear (see picture) and it has a bit of rust on and around the wheel wells The cab has some rust but not bad at all compared to most early model S-10s. There is a small spot rusted through on the cab. The rust on the cab should be an easy fix since its really not that bad but see pictures and make your own judgementDriver side mirror broke off Transmission line is leaking (metal lines) but I havent drove it since so there isnt any transmission damage. The line shouldnt be hard to fix, I just cant fit my hands up there to do so. You could cut it and put a rubber line in and it would be fine. Im willing to let you do so here if needed so you can move it. But without fixing it I wouldnt drive it All in all, this is a great running vehicle and would make a great starter truck to fix up or just use for work or play; Either way, it's mechanically sound with the exception of the listed problems. I've had to the truck on a 10 hour drive a few months ago and incurred no problems at all. As stated previously you can work on it here to make it drivable but if not, I suggest towing it and can even recommend a good mechanic to fix it for you here.
