This 2002 Lincoln LS comes with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, including the optional power sunroof. Its in VERY good condition inside and out, and the V8 runs strong. This car was previously listed on eBay and was being driven by the owner of South Florida Trucks. It was then involved in an accident, and the left side of the car was damaged. The damage has been professionally repaired, and the car runs and drives as good as it did before the accident. The exterior pictures you see in this listing were all taken after the accident. Kelley Blue Book suggested retail price for this car is $10875. Because of the recent accident history, our new reserve price is THOUSANDS below the KBB value. This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. Lincoln calls this "Aqua Blue Metallic". It is also known as Pacific Blue. The tires have good tread remaining all the way around. The picture above shows the damage to the car immediately following the accident. All of the exterior pictures you see in this listing (except the one above) were taken after the repairs were made to the damaged area. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The seats are leather, and they are in remarkable with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. Both front seats have power controls and the driver's seat has memory. The rear seat is also very nice. Rear seat passengers have their own A/C vents. You can fold down either or both of the rear seats if you need extra cargo area. This LS has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Cruise control; AM/FM/CD changer stereo with steering wheel controls; trip computer; Cold auto dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Please note that there is some rattle from the front left speaker. Safety features include ABS, traction control, front side air bags and dual front air bags. There is a built-in gate / garage opener, and the auto-dimming rearview mirror has a compass display. The books are with the car. The trunk is clean and roomy. This 3.9 liter V8 runs very well. Its rated at 252 hp and 261 lb-ft of torque. Current mileage on the car is 54,387.. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
