For sale is a 1993 Nissan Sentra. This story is I had this sentra for a few years which ran fine. Then the engine locked up on the highway about a year ago. Threw a rod. So I began changing the engine for the last year. Its nearly done. I haven't worked on it in the last couple of months from being so busy so its just sitting around. The new engine is in. Its got a few kinks that need worked out. I have a second car but I plan on moving and can only take one car with me. So obviously I want the one that runs. The things needed to be done on this car is the mounts will need adjusted. Its not angled right so the shifter isn't engaging all the gears correctly. Also the spring that returns the clutch pedal is gone. So the clutch pedal goes to the floor when you press it. The car should start if the shifter was moved out of gear. The car only starts every now and then and I haven't figured out why. It may very well need timed since I had to use the distributor from my old engine. Right now when you start it, it tries to lug foreward. The power steering pump and air conditioner are not connected. There is only an alternator belt on it as I was trying to get it to run at the bare minimum so I could make it run. One of the lug nuts is missing on the passenger wheel. The exhuast will need to be welded on(unless you don't want it and would rather take the catalytic converter and go sell it for money haha.) The car has its own battery which is dead. The one in the video link below is for another car. I don't know how dead the one that came with it is.It may be necessary to buy parts for it, such as the spring for the clutch I mentioned, whether from a dealer or junkyard. There is no radio. The interior is rather dirty and the outside needs a good wash since its sat around under trees and in the snow all winter. It was a really nice car when I drove it. It got 30mpg city 35mpg highway. So if your are someone who is good with cars and has time then this might be for you, or if you just want to part it out, thats fine to. I would rather sell this to someone in town or close by. Someone who can pick it up. It will need to be towed since it won't run right. If you live far, far away and decide you want this, then you will need to locate a tow service to come here to get it. Once a tow service has it, or you pick it up, it is out of my hands and I assume no responsibility for it. I accept paypal or if your picking it up, just bring the money with you in cash or check.
