Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 No rust – partial restoration approximately two years ago. Runs great – tight steering and suspension. Starts right up every time – 60 psi oil pressure at idle. Runs cool in hot weather. Will cruise all day at 60mph. New interior, wheels, and seat covers from Victoria British. Also new top. All electrical components work properly including lights, heater, wipers, turn signals, brake lights, etc. The windshield is cracked but does not affect vision while driving (See photo) A new windshield can be purchased from Victoria British for $120. The drivers side window does not roll up properly. It comes up a few inches then stops suddenly – the window track may need adjustment. The transmission shifts and drives nicely but first gear and reverse are very loud, especially when coasting with the clutch in. The tachometer reads higher than actual RPM. Although the paint is adhering very well it does have a few runs and rough spots. There is no bubbling or chipping and it looks good from about 20 feet away. A small area near the trunk has a discoloration. (See photo). Although the top is new one of the fasteners is broken out. It does not seem to affect operation. The top is very tight and thus difficult to latch. The only rust I can find on the car is light surface rust on the suspension components and floorpans. Everything feels solid. The rear tires have about 1/2 tread left. The front tires will need to be replaced soon as they are worn close to the wear indicators on the inside portion of the tire. Clear Illinois Title.
