1970 Triumph Bonneville 650 T-120R, S/N JD25337T120R. Bike has matching serial numbers, and runs great and starts on the first kick. this bike is a true 1970 by serial number and has had larger tank, chrome fenders, and misc. other parts put on by previous owner. All wiring and components are original and all in working order. It would not take much to fully restore to a Pure 1970 form ,and is a great candidate for the restoration project. This is a "Turn Key" bike which means you ride/drive it away. As pictured bike is in great condition and has custom paint job. This bike is the very desireable "Best Year of The Bonneville" as stated in several leading publications. Bike has Pedestrian slicer mounted on front fender as used for ID tags, or military base decals, and front fender mud flap. Includes extra New Knee pads, Extra new Throttle cables, Extra new Clutch cable, Extra new Front brake cable, Extra new Throttle grips, Engine breather tube, and New extra Triumph right side patent ID tag for engine, tune kit with points-condensers, New battery (Never Activated) with acid in seperate container, and spark plugs. Bike has leaky front push tube and needs to be re-sealed. New complete top end engine gasket set is included. Included will be a set of tools to include Wrench set, screwdriver, Timing tool, Valve adjusting tool, Socket set, Feeler gauge set, Hammer, Pry bar, Crescent wrench, Allen wrench set. Bike is started and driven regularly, and has been on several runs here in San Diego with no troubles encountered. Missing horn and horn button. Mileage cannot be verified due to unkown history with previous owners. Clear title in hand and currently registered in California thru 10-12-10. Buyer pays actual shipping and pick up. This bike is great just the way it is, but if you want to fully restore it to the pure 1970 form it will take a lots of labor and love to make it what ever you want it to be. this is a period bike and the current paint job certainly reflects the thoughts and color scemes of that period. I will provide a detailed list of the parts that are needed to make this bike a Pure 1970 again and list of vendors to get said parts from.
