This Jeep has some nice features, including a manual transmission, all-terrain tires and a lift kit. This is a lifetime Florida Jeep that has not been subject to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads (not that it would care) The exterior is in great shape. The paint shines all around, and there are no notable dents or dings. The color is somewhere between silver and a light gray metallic. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include black steel wheels and side steps. There is also a small hitch with trailer power hookup. The spare is a matching tire and wheel. The interior is also in very good shape. The seats have no cuts, holes, or tears. This Wrangler Sport has some nice features: 5 Speed transmission; Cold air conditioning; Full center console; Tilt wheel, and more. Please note that we have already ordered a part to replace the missing A/C vents, and it will be on the Jeep before it is delivered. Safety features include Dual air bags. There is a Sony AM/FM/CD stereo with AUX input. Jeep's venerable 4.0 liter I6 is a true classic. This one runs very well, and puts out plenty of power, rated from the factory at 190 hp and 235 lb-ft of torque. The K$N cold air intake adds a little more power. The tires are Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radials. Size is 35x12.5R15LT Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction will hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
