Up for auction is a BMW 328is. I purchased this car used in 2008 and drove it approximately 1 month before my son put it in a ditch. It has been sitting since then. We did start it a few times with no problems. This car can be fixed. It has a clear title and motor is fine. I do have the hood, front panel and radiator that is not pictured. We originally were going to fix it ourself but time will not allow us do to moving. I will try to describe this car as best I can. It has a broken left rear axle, broken driver side back window( we have since purchased a new one that is not installed and will go with the car) driver side has small dent in back fender, some interior pieces needs replaced, passenger side has some small scratches, leaks around sunroof that caused interior lining to fall down, driver side tail light is cracked. Tires have about 99% tread due to we just bought them one week before the accident. I took alot of pictures to give buyer an idea of what it will take to fix this car. I loved this car due to the appearance and how great is was on fuel mileage.
