Payment Information: A deposit of $500.00 is (refundable) within the first 72 hours and must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction or purchase of the vehicle. If the auction is won and buyer does not take possession of the vehicle for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the termination fee of $100 after breach of contract to purchase. If a deposit was retained and termination of the contract within first 72 hours, deposit ($500) will be refunded minus the termination fee ($100) After the 72 Hours has elapsed the depoist is non refundable. This is to insure efficiency for both buyer and seller. Therefore Buyer has 5 days of the close of the auction, Buyer must send remaining balance of funds either by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds or Auto loan checks to Seller (Cleveland Motorcars).
