1990 Suzuki Marauder

Up for sale is my 1990 Suzuki vx800. Suzuki only made this bike from '90 to '93 so it has somewhat of a cult following. This has been a trusty and fun bike to ride. Never had a problem with it. Runs smooth and shifts through gears well. Gets about 45 mpg. I changed the oil every 2-3 months. I used as my commuter to and from school. It is an old bike so there are naturally some rusts spots here and there, but nothing major. Everything on the instruments work well except for the light on the tachometer. There are a few dents and scratches on the tank, the pipes, and other places on the bike but again, nothing you wouldn't expect to see on a 20 year old bike. It could use some cosmetic TLC and a tune-up but it runs fine as it is. Buyer will get a battery tender, a different style handle bars, and the mirrors ( the left one needs to be rethreaded). All in all it is a great bike, lots of fun, and easy to ride. I don't want to sell it but I am leaving the country and cannot take it with me.
