Hi this is my 1996 Dx Honda Civic....It is ugly and dented up dinged,paint is peeling and is faded, 5 speed that needs a lot of interior and exterior work..I care about my feedback so I will say THIS CAR IS IN HORRIBLE SHAPE INSIDE AND OUT AND IS ONLY A WORK CAR OR SOMETHING ...IT WILL START UP EVERY-TIME AND DRIVE HOME..BUT it needs a Lot of work but can be driven to work as is .The blower does not work on the A.C. or the Heater...it probably needs new tires as well...I don't have the time to fix it up...The only thing I will grantee is that is will start up and drive back to wherever you need to take it with in a 300 mile or so range ...It starts every time,still drives o.k. and DOES NOT KNOCK! or anything major....technically it is still a drivable car and still gets 30+ miles to the gallon..WITH the ORIGINAL TITLE!!.but the check engine light has been on since around 160,000 miles...I had the water pump and timing belt/chain or whatever it is called replaced around 120,00 miles...but it is probably due it again as well as much maintenance that is has not received....My wife bought it new in 1996 but it has been driven through many summers, winters, etc...and is extremely weathered ..it has a big dent in the driver door and front driver fender...The carpet is extremely dirty and it needs a new headliner .the sun roof still works .the radio works but sometimes cuts out when you hit bumps...Dents dings , paint peel have all been there a few years and it needs a new bumper in the front...but I have been driving it in this condition for 5 years....my friend was supposed to sell it for me because he wanted to fix the interior and do some body work and clean it up (which would be a major job!) Because he believed he could make some money on it but he has failed to make time to do so and I NEED THE MONEY SOON!!! Like I said ...It starts ...it drives ...it has been my work car ...is ugly and that is about it...someone who wants a project car could fix it up and drive it, or drive it like it is and save miles on their nice car or part it out...etc..either way you could get it home just by starting it up and driving it home..could be used to deliver pizzas or some kids first car for cheap...etc...thanks
