My bike is in extremely good condition, runs just as good to me as the day I bought it brand new. All scheduled maintenance has been done as suggested by manually. Oil has been changed every 3000 with filter, brakes where changed at 12,000, spark plugs replaced at 13,000 and the gear oil in the shaft drive was changed at 10,000. I have large saddles bags with a sissy bar and a large passenger seat (from a C109R). I also added chrome side covers. I’m 6’2 and weigh 200lb and I cruise at 70 plus with no problem with or without a passenger (my wife). I average about 40-50 mpg driving back and forth to work. That is the reason for all the miles I bought the bike to ride to work but an illness forced me to leave in 2007. Since I left I don’t ride too much if ever so I thought I would let someone else enjoy this beautiful bike. I have never laid the bike now and in fact i'm the only person to ever ride my bike. (which is always a good idea.). My bike has been garage kept and through Geico I pay $150 a year for insurance.
