For sale is a one owner 2000 Ford Crown Victoria with very low miles. This car looks and drives like new. The current milage is 12600 miles. This car was owned by a lady who bought it new at a local Ford dealership in 2000. The car was garage kept, only being driven an average of 100 miles a month for the last 10 years. The tires have 80 percent thread left, the battery has been replaced, the interior is spotless, the body and paint are in excellent condition. The only blemish is on the exterior where the front bumper has a scrape on the drivers side corner. I will have it professionally buffed out. The exterior color is a metallic beige. The interior has cloth seats, the color is also beige. The power windows, power door locks and air conditioning work properly. I own an auto repair shop ( 25 years) and have found through experience which vehicles are the most reliable. I personally buy the cars for my small car lot and only choose high quality, well maintained vehicles. I have my mechanics inspect the vehicles and service or repair as needed before offering the vehicles for sale. I sell many of my vehicles to my customers and family members. ( Buying Tip: Never buy a vehicle if the interior is in poor shape, proper maintenance will also have been neglected) If you are looking for a full size, reliable car that is easy on the pocket book this may be the car for you. NOTE: I have had several inquires asking proof concerning the milage. I purchased a carfax and found that the car had 5 miles on it when registration was issued by the State of Texas to the original owner. During the 9 years and 9 months that she owned the car carfax shows 9 yearly safety inspections, one each year. Texas does not report milage for these yearly inspections. The only other entry was for routine service which was performed at Champion Ford. The dealership did not report the milage. This dealership is down the street from my shop. I drove there and asked them to pulled up the records they had on the car. They found no records since the car was 10 years old. They did confirm that the car had never been in for factory covered waranty work, as that would stay in their system. I then looked up the owner in the phone book and called her. She lives in this city. She is quite elderly and did confirm that the car had a little over 12,000 miles when she sold it to a local dealer in June of this year. . She had been advised to stop driving by her doctor. The car went to a dealers auction where i bought it last month. The title reflects the sale to a dealer, and then to me, with the milage every time. I generally don't offer any type of buy back on used vehicles, however I will buyback this car if the milage is not as stated. All I ask is that it be done within 30 days of the purchase,with undisputable proof that the milage is not correct ( past invoices, oil change invoices, etc.).
