You are bidding on a 1951 Ford Convertible which has been stored inside for the past 20 some years. The car's body contains rust holes in the left and right fenders and both quarter panels. The original color was brown which was repainted to blue. The interior door panels are original which can be used for patterns. The seats have been reupholstered with a non-original pattern and upholstery. The vehicle does not have a radio, but does have the original blockouts where the radio would have been installed. The floor board contains rust. The top can be lowered and raised by hand. There does not appear to be any breakage in the top bows. The top cylinder appears to be original. There are replacement rocker panels that go with the car. Some of the top material has been removed. The round moulding near the floor on the passenger side in the backseat area is missing. The original moulding is in place on the original door panels. The dash appears to be in fairly decent, restorable shape. The motor has been removed. There is an assortment of motor parts that go with the car and a motor block is included if the buyer desires it. The manual transmission is intact in the car. The vehicle would require a new set of tires. This restoration project is not for the beginner or faint of heart. It will require metal replacement. It appears that an experienced body person could bring this vehicle back to life. The Buyer will be required to pick up vehicle as it would not qualify to be shipped by a commercial carrier considering the large number of loose motor parts. This would be at the discretion of the Buyer. The pictures that are included are representative pictures to show rust and condition of vehicle. Mileage on the vehicle is unknown. You are buying this vehicle AS-IS WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties. The buyer will receive a Bill of Sale as there is no title.
