1983 PORSCHE 911 SC CABRIOLET 930 TURBO WIDE BODY LOOK CABRIOLET This vehicle came to me via a consignor who had purchased the car from a used car lot in California about five years ago. Most of the time since it just sat in his garage. It starts easily. It seems to run fairly well. The odometer reads 62,000. The CAR FAX does not dispute the mileage, but we are selling it as TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN. There is no known accident history. It definitely has never been rusty. The 930 Turbo wide body conversion appears to have been done with all after market panels, not factory steel. The dash is not cracked. The windows work. We feel it was probably a gray market import as it does have a state of California number plate. There is no salvage or recovered theft history that shows up on the CAR FAX. It has later model wheels (appear to be Porsche made). The tires appear to be fairly new. This car is fairly presentable. The power windows work. The remote mirror (drivers side) is missing its switch. The drivers seat need repair. The carpets are dirty but will probably clean up. It has an owner’s manual. It has a space saver type original SC spare wheel. No tools. The top appears to be the original and is decent. The back window is a little foggy, but will probably pass any state inspection requirements. The brakes stop, but the pedal seems a little low. It may be wise to have the car properly serviced before using it much. The car was definitely owned by a smoker as some of his butts are still in the ash tray. This car was never equipped with air conditioning. The VIN number is wp0zzz91zds150726. SOLD STRICTLY AS-IS. We encourage you to come and see the car in person or to send a representative. If you just want a cheap open 911 that is probably capable of giving you some good service without spending an arm and a leg maybe this is a good choice for you.
