YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1986 TVR 2.8i CONVERTIBLE WITH 16 INCH WHEELS, A CARB CONVERSION AND ONLY 62K ORIGINAL MILES THIS TVR HAS THE FORD "COLOGNE" 2.8 LITER V6 MATED TO A FORD 4 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND A JAGUAR REAR END. TVR'S HAVE TUBULAR FRAMES AND FIBERGLASS BODIES - NO RUST! ORIGINALLY A FUEL INJECTED CAR, THIS TVR HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO A CARBURETOR FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY AND EASE OF REPAIR. THE MOTOR RUNS GOOD AND THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTHLY. THE INTERIOR HAS SOME TYPICAL AGE RELATED ISSUES SUCH AS SOME SPLITS IN THE DRIVER SEAT. THE POWER WINDOWS WORK GREAT. THE AC IS COMPLETE BUT IS NOT WORKING- ITS A SIMPLE FORD DESIGN SO IT SHOULD BE EASY TO FIX. THE TOP IS IS GOOD OVERALL CONDITION, THE REAR PLASTIC WINDOW WILL NEED REPLACEMENT. THE BODY IS CLEAN ANDD THE PAINT LOOKS EXCELLENT. THERE ARE A FEW SMALL AREAS OF CLEARCOAT PEEL MOSTLY ON THE BACK DECK AREA. THIS TVR HAS 16 INCH WHEELS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH GOOD MICHELIN PILOT TIRES. THIS TVR HAS A VERY NICE CD STEREO SYSTEM WITH SUBWOOFERS, EQUALIZER AND AMPS MOUNTED IN THE TRUNK. THIS TVR COMES WITH EXTRA PARTS- 3 MATCHING ORIGINAL WHEELS, SPRINGS, AND 3 TVR WINDOW REGULATORS WITH MOTORS (THESE ARE VERY HARD TO FIND AND WORTH A SMALL FORTUNE) AS WELL AS SOME OTHER SMALL PARTS.
