Vehicle Detail
Wholesaledirectvehicles Store 2003 Mercury Marauder, 4.6 DOHC automatic, this car is my absolute baby. I have been rebuilding lightly damaged FORD ONLY vehicles since 1992. Mustang Cobra's, Lightnings, Diesel Excursions, F250 - 550 Superduty Diesels and wreckers. Since day one, I always wanted a Marauder, but at that time they were too expensive. I waited a long time, looked at many of them and was very picky on the car I wanted. I found this one, with 78,000 miles, very light damage and jumped on it. I talked with the original owner and the car and it was and still is always garage kept. It's in great shape and everything works. The interior is perfect, no rips, no wear. I just replaced the rear tires and got it aligned approx 100 miles ago. I only run Royal Purple synthetic oil in the car and the previous owner ran Mobil 1, The car has a SNIPER / DELTA FORCE tune, which gave the car and additional 45 horse (347 to the ground). The car is GREAT on gas 26+ miles per gallon and approx 22 around town. It has a K-&-N air filter in the stock location and 100 watt Xenon headlight bulbs. I had the windows tinted 30% all the way around. Other than that, the car is stock. It has its normal wear and tear, very few small minor surface scratches, not down to the metal, but like I said before, its in great shape. It needs nothing mechanical, I purchased the car from an insurance company in February 2009. It had a dent in the right front fender, the parking light was broken and it has a scratch on the passenger front door. I included a picture of the car taken the day it arrived off the transport truck. I replaced the fender with a new OEM FORD fender, replaced the parking light and fixed the scratch on the door and the scuff on the front bumper. All the parts were FORD OEM. When the car arrived on the transport truck, the driver stated to me "They totaled this". I drove the car for a week before I took it to the body shop, it was fine, just casmetics. This car should have been fixed by the insurance company and not salvaged, but that how insurance companys work sometimes? I purchased the parts new from FORD and took them to my friends licensed body shop. I then took the car to the Florida DMV salvage inspection and it has a good rebuilt Florida title. The car can be registered and insured in your state without any issues. I have access to get the car transported anywhere to the highest bidder at the buyers expense. Im only selling the car because I now have two of them. I just purchased a burgandy 2004 Marauder and a 2003 Cobra Mustang, so something has to go, this car. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to give me a call 321-439-4340, thanks Rick... The car also comes with the FREE SNIPER / DELTA FORCE TUNER that was used to tune the car. I describe my car as best as I can, there may be minor this not described, it is a used car. I do still drive the car every so oftain, so the miles may be slightly higher than listed now! On Jun-29-10 at 00:22:30 PDT, seller added the following information: For those of you that are having a heart attack about a the ($19.00) molding on the passenger front fender, I will get the molding off the old fender and put it on, WOW. I have been buying car for 18 years and have never even thought about talking about a molding. I'm more concerned about mechanical and drivability, not a molding. I know we are in a resession, but mannnnnn! Im only selling the car because I have two, the black on for sale and the 2004 burgandy with MobileSpike unit. www.mobilespike.com. Not trying to be a A$$, but no more dumb questions or statements, this car is no BS, turn the key and put gas in it, thanks.
