Description of the car: 1999 Honda Accord LX, 4-Door, Forrest Dark Green Miles: 189880 I am selling this car because I am going to buy a new car. I bought this car about 7 months or so ago at a dealer in Burien, WA. I needed a car immediately because I had just gotten through a bankruptcy and I had the cash to buy this. I drove it about 12 times per month (to and from work) so it hasn't had a lot of use by me. Although the CarFax on this car isn't great (I think it's been in an accident in the past), the car has been clean since in my possession with no accidents or additional damage. It's a great car for a high school kid or a family on a tight budget. It's been reliable for me. Breakdown of what works and what doesn't: The only mechanical problem that I know of with this car is that after driving it for long periods of time (1 hour plus) in hot weather the car can die when driving slowly, but all you have to do is turn the key, give it gas, and the car turns back on. I am pretty sure it's a timing or RPM issue when driving slow. If you are good with cars this is probably a super simple fix, I just have no idea what I am doing and don't want to take the car into a shop. I wanted to be honest about this because I don't want you to buy the car and then have it die on you one day and then get all pissed off thinking that I tried to scam you or something. No transmission or break problems, new belts and fuel filter put on by The Mustang Shop in Auburn WA (receipt included) after I bought the car. Battery is also new. Tires are decent to drive for a while. Transmission is a little stiff and bumpy but that is no surprise considering the amount of miles on the car. Drives smooth. Radio works. No major interior issues at all, just normal wear and tear (see pictures). Includes the spare tire in the truck with changing kit. Only comes with one key. All headlights, breaklights, blinkers, reverse lights, interior lights, etc all work fine. No leaking of any fluids at all. Radiator is perfect. Air conditioning runs cold and is not leaking. Speedometer, odometer, gas gauges, clock all work. Steering wheel is fine, pedals fine, gas tank and fill up is fine. Exterior of the car looks great. I will wash the car and clean it out, but don't expect it to be perfectly detailed. Terms of sales: - ALL SALES FINAL. Once you hand me the cash and I hand you the keys and title, the car is yours and there are no returns or refunds for any reason. If the car breaks down or you get in an accident five minutes later, you are responsible for that. - You must come and pick up the car, I will not deliver it to you under any circumstances. - To complete the transaction of the sale, we will need to set up a day/time to meet at a local Fred Meyer parking lot in Bellevue, WA in the middle of the day to perform the transaction. This way we are both in a public area and protected from theft/scams. - You must pay for cash in full at the time of the sale. I will only accept cash, period. I will inspect all cash for counterfeiting to protect myself. - I will show you the title and keys along with my ID. Once you hand over the cash and show me your ID, only then will I sign the title and hand it over with the keys. - I will sign the title only for what the car actually sold for at auction. I will not sign it for less to avoid taxes for you. - Once you win the auction, you are obligated by law to buy the vehicle. I will not, under any circumstances, let you test drive the car. The most I can do is turn it on for you so you can see that it runs and show you everything about the car without actually driving it. I have over 550+ good feedback on eBay, so you'll need to trust what I write in the auction description. - At the time of sale if you don't follow any of the above terms (for example, you bring me a check instead of cash), I will walk away from the sale immediately.
