What we have here is a nicely modified 2003 EVO 8 with 115xxx miles that get 25-29 mpg.In the last 5 months i have put 10xxx miles on it driving back and forth out of state for work.List of mods are SS tubular header,3'' SS down pipe,SS O2 pipe,3'' SS high flow cat,3'' SS MagnaFlow cat bak exhaust that sounds awesome.(Had multiple compliments) its very healthy.It has AEM lower intercooler pipe,AEM TruBoost,K&N typhoon cold air intake, front and rear strut tower braces.It also has Mitsubishi 3 gauge kit, air intake temp, volts, and boost(BAR). List of new parts include battery,NGK plugs,JDM aluminum shift nob,new powder coat on calipers,new powder coat on factory light wieght wheels,new 4 wheel alignment,35% window tint,and a new TPS.The car need a tune, it fuel cuts at around 14 psi.Called several tuners and they all say the same thing,"to many mods, stock load % need to be raised."A good tune will cost 400 small ones for the ride of your life, not bad.The trunk has a small rust spot that i found when i removed the wing.So i sanded it down and hit it with some paint.Local painter said 150 bucks to fix.My fuel economy in the last 5 months and 10xxx miles ranged from 25-29 mpg.
