Listing my 79 Z28 and figured i would sell it if someone was reasonable. Car is a 79 Z28 numbers matching,T-Top,Automatic trans,Power window,Rear window louverd Z28. Car has a 1980 AIR INDUCTION hood just because i like that hood better than the 79's. This car drives straight and has not been all cobbled or cut up like most that you find. Numbers matching stock 350 still has stock quadrajet carb,car does have headers,in real good shape with newer dual exhaust and sounds great. Brakes are fresh as is the altenator. This is a very solid Z28 as if you look at the trunk and floorboards and car underbody is very rust free,car has been kept indoors and i am the 3rd owner. Mileage is actual. This car you can let go of the steering wheel and it will go straight as an arrow. All glass is crack and scratch free. The dash and interior are also in excellent condition (missing original armrest so made nice old school rests). Car has power windows which work fine,all gauges (except the clock) work just fine. Speedo and tach there is no wavering or bounce when you drive. I don't know what rearend is in the car but at 70mph about 2900rpm,and has stock 10 bolt posi. This is a nice DRIVER QUALITY car that you can buy and drive home anywhere in the country. Tires are at about 80% Brakes are good,air,there is no belt on compressor,but compressor is not froze. Car runs cool and never even comes close to any overheating. Has original jack,and donut spare. This could be a fine restored vehicle with very little work. Does not leak any fluids but does burn about a qt of oil per1000 mi,Dry seals from being stored awhile? Paint looks acceptable but the laquer is cracking. The most major rust,easy fix,is one spot on driver rear lower quarter panel,and just a minor couple spots by the t-tops. Most any of the rust is very surface oriented,except the driver quarter.
