I am going to give this one more try before I sell it to Carmax.($13,075 is what they offered, so one is to assume the reserve on here is in that area) I have a '04 RX-8, as of listing has 42,213 miles on it. I do drive it still daily, so miles will be slightly higher by the end of auction. Car is Lightning Yellow with black leather with every option you can get on a RX8. I just hate dealing with dealers, and am trying to let someone get a very nice car at a more reasonable price than if you walked into a dealer and bought one. But I am not in the business of giving things away, nor can afford to. The absolutley only reason I am even considering selling this car is due to financial reasons that were beyond my control. This RX8 has everything. To name a few: heated leather, power seat, sunroof, HID headlights, Navigation, the ground effects package, the optional 6 disk Bose radio, and so on.. It has it all. I just replaced the plugs in it and installed a K&N airfilter. Tires have approx 9K miles on them and I would say about 80% of tread remaining. The front brakes will need changed probably in about 10K miles or so, but there is NOTHING wrong with this car. As far as cosmetically, there is a very small door ding in the passenger door, and of course a couple of little chips from driving down the road, but the car is 6 years old. I keep this car very clean and people think its a new car, and about fall over when I tell them its 6 years old. The windows look dark in the pictures, but they are not that dark. The are TN state law legal at 35%. There is the remaining engine warranty thru Mazda good until 100,000 miles, or 12/2011. I have had no problems with this car at all, and am confident in saying, that as long as you know how to care for a rotary engine, this car will give you many many more miles and years of great service. Also, yes, Nashville did have some major flooding in May, but I live on top of a hill and the car was not even drove during all that rain, so to answer quite a few emails I have recieved upfront, NO the car did not get flooded in the floods we had here.. I assure you. Cause if it had of, it would of been totaled out and insurance would of paid me a whole lot more than I would get by selling it.. LOL Yes there is a loan on the car. Your payment pays off car and title is forwarded straight from my lienholder to you. I have already spoke with them and they said they will forward title wherever needs to be. Weither it be straight to the buyer or to the buyers bank in the instance the new buyer has to take a loan also. I am in Nashville, TN. I can pick up buyer at airport or help in getting car to you best I can. If you are local, you are welcome to look at it, but please, no tire kickers or just wasting my time. Also, I have been recieving emails about low ball offers, please, $5,000 dollars is not going to buy this car. Sorry..
