Automatic This 2003 Lincoln Town Car Signature comes with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, like an audiophile sound system with CD changer, heated seats, chrome wheels, and power adjust pedals. This Town Car is just as nice as they come. It is in remarkable condition inside and out, and it runs great. Don't take our word for it, come by for a test drive - or send a local friend. It has had just one previous owner. It has been inspected and it comes with a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. Kelly Blue Book suggested retail price for a 2003 Signature with these miles is over $13700. Our price is well below that. You just are not going to find a Town Car this nice, with these options - and a warranty - at a price like this. This exterior is in excellent shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. This "Light Parchment Gold" color is a beige metallic color that stays cool when its hot outside. The "Lighthouse Edition" dealer-installed appearance package includes a full carriage roof and chrome wheel well and B-Pillar moldings. This car also has 17" chrome weels. This Lincoln has undergone a thorough inspection. It is certified by the National Independent Automobile Dealer's Association, and comes with a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. It makes it easier for us to find well maintained, low mileage vehicles without a lot of wear and tear on them. This one was acquired at an estate sale. Unfortunately, along with the low mileage and lack of wear, we sometimes get cars that have been involved in parking lot mishaps. That's the case here. Autocheck reports and accident in 08/2009. There was no significant damage. In fact, we have gone over the car thoroughly, and we can't find any sign of damage repair anywhere. The paint matches perfectly all the way around, there was absolutely no serious damage or frame damage, and the car runs and drives like its new. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The seats are leather, and they are in excellent condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory. There are also power adjust pedals, so anyone can find a comfortable driving position. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seat is also very nice. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents. This Lincoln has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Alpine Audiophile AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo; Tilt wheel; Cruise control; Cold auto dual-zone air conditioning, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ABS, and traction control There is auto dimming rearview mirror, a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener, and a digital compass display. There is also a switch to turn the rear park assist system on or off. Besides the in-dash CD player, there is also a trunk-mounted 6 disc CD changer. This 4.6 liter V8 runs very well. Its rated at 239 hp and 287 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 17 / 25 mpg. The Michelin tires have very good tread remaining. Current mileage on the car is 28,915. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
