THIS IS A RELIST AUCTION. PLEASE GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW BEFORE-BEFORE-BEFORE YOU BID. My apologies to the good members of ebay who DO know how to use the site correctly, please try again. This auction is again for a PAIR of 1961 Willys 4X4 Wagons. I have added pictures of both. The green one has a complete drivetrain and ran well when parked, but has not been started in several years. It did turn over and the oil and coolant look good. The Hurricane Six engine was previously fed from a gas can in the back, as the regular tank needed flushing. The battery is dead. The brakes need rebuilding. The tranny/transfer case/4WD all worked well when parked. The rear quarter panels have been patched. Tailgate assembly complete. The frame rails are ok, but crossmembers are loose, cab mounts iffy. It has been stored in a barn. The glass is good, except the door windows are both cracked (like most old Willys), but they are flat, so easily replaced. It has a rusted back deck which was replaced with plywood. Headliner missing, later model bucket seats are installed (see pics). The blue one has tranny/transfer case but no engine. Door glass broken, tailgate missing. The back deck is mostly solid with the oak runners in place. Headliner in place with some rips. The frame is solid and the cab mounts look good with rubber grommets still in place. Has plow frame, but no plow. Was stored outside under waterproof tarp. Both have lock-out hubs. These two are naturally being sold as-is, where-is, but a good project wagon could be built by combining these two, so I don't want to just take them to the crusher. At current scrap prices they would fetch $225 each, so let's start the bidding there. If you win the bid, be prepared to trailer them home. They will free roll. Ask any questions before the auction ends. This is a no reserve auction, so the high bid is a win. If you can't pay and have them picked up (remember there are two of them), please don't bid. If you are new to ebay or have less than 10 positives as a buyer, email your intentions first or your bid will be removed. If you are a serious ebay bidder, welcome to my auction. FULL payment through Paypal within 48 hours of auctions end, or IMMEDIATE payment through PAYPAL with BUY-IT-NOW. Once payment is received, pick up can be scheduled when convenient within 2 weeks. On Jun-11-10 at 05:11:14 PDT, seller added the following information: BUY-IT-NOW option no longer available. Vehicles are also for sale locally, so auction could end early.
