I purchased this car in May of 2008 from someone who desprately needed money. He told me the car was in a minor fender bender. No visible damage, he explained that it was a dent to the bumper and the other driver wanted to go through insurance. I put some cosmetic work into the car. A new OME soft top was installed, new exhaust, brakes, shocks and tires. The car runs perfectly. I only used as a leisure car and kept garaged most of the year. Exterior in very good condition. The hard top is in great condition as well. Interior is in excellent condition considering the age. A few small cracks in the dashboard most likely from age (pictured). Car is a driver. Took it out of state about 600 miles to visit family and it ran beautifully. I am building a new home and will not have the garage space for it, sad to sell. Car does read 560SL on trunk. It is in fact a 380SL, title reads that as well. One of the two previous owners must have changed the emblems.
