The body is an excellent condition with the slightest of wear on it to be expected for a 2004. This car rides very smoothly and gets a lot of great looks and attention. This car currently has 35,000 miles on it. It is currently my daily driver and normally don't drive more then 30 miles a day between work and home. So hurry and make the purchase on this stellar RX-8. It is yellow on black leather interior with suicide doors. The car is fully loaded on the inside minus the navigation. Everything inside is basically power including a sun/moon roof. This car also has dual heated seats which are awesome for the winter time. The tires are in pretty good shape and I would say roughly have about 10,000 miles of tread on them. Everything in the car is stock, there have been no modifications done to the car. I am the second owner on this car and it was purchased from the Nissan Dealership. The car has a clean auto/history clean title, clean carfax. I have the title in my hand clear and free and it is ready to be shipped out to the winner of my auction. There are no major dents or dings on this car. There is a very hardly noticeable ding on the hood, perhaps half the size of a penny which may not even be noticeable in a close-up picture. The only flaw on the car is a slight crack to the upper corner of the passenger side headlight. The crack I would say is less then a quarter inch and has no effect on the headlight. It can actually probably be carefully crazy glued in. I have taken and posted a picture of the crack in the light. Buyer is responsible for sales tax and registration/title in their own state. Please contact me and I can meet you at the airport with the car. If the car needs to be driven to a local shipping yard within 30 miles of the Chicago land area, I can do that for you. I am not responsible for anything that may happen to the car during shipping. Companies do offer insurance for such things. If not made it is to my discretion to offer it to the next highest bidder or another party. This deposit can be made through paypal to my ebay user name. The remaining balance is due within 72 hours. Once I receive the funds and they clear I will ship the car out. Please keep in mind that bank/cashier checks do take time to clear depending on the bank they are issued from. If you are paying cash a deposit is still required and the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in a secure bank location.
