< Clean 2005 Volkswagen Passat GL TDI Diesel 38 MPG This Passat is a recent addition to our imports lot. EXTERIOR The exterior of this car is in very good shape. Two quarter size dings on the left front fender (see picture). The underside of this car is clean and rust free. INTERIOR The interior is in nearly perfect shape and very clean. The AC blows very cold. The power windows, seats, mirrors all work properly. There are no funny smells and no smoke smell. The headliner is in great shape. MECHANICAL The car runs and drives great with no issues. The motor feels strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. The steering and suspension all feel fine. The brakes feel strong and smooth. This Vehicle was purchased at Pete Moore Volkswagen 10 Jan. 2005 Used Car Inspection on 05/20/10 Oil Filter, Engine Oil, Changed and new Wiper Blades added. Volkswagen Phat Noise® Digital Car Audio System Phat Noise comes bundled with a CD and Music Manager software that prepares and catalogs audio files from your CD collection. If your computer has an internet connection, Phat Noise can even download the CD artist/track data from the Gracenote CDDB(TM) database. This saves you the time of entering the track information, which is later used to create playlists. The playlists are presented to the user via a computer-generated voice that tells you the mode of operation you're using (browse, artist, genre, etc.) and the current CD followed by titles. Once you're in a playing mode, the songs are presented seamlessly. Phat Noise stores the music on a removable media cartridge, in this case a 20 GB hard drive contained in a proprietary housing. JVC KD S100 has a USB and SD card playback, optional iPod connector, and satellite radio tuner JVC KD S100's built-in digital signal processor, designed by Bongiovi Acoustics.When playing music from MP3 discs, USB drives, and iPods, the display can be configured to show an impressive number of combinations of artist, album, and song title, as well as folder and file information. Unlike many single-DIN systems, the KD-S100 is able to display a decent number of characters on its display, enabling drivers to see song titles at a glance. The source button on the top left of the faceplate provides a straightforward means of switching between different audio inputs, which also include line-in (via a rear-mounted 1/8-inch jack), satellite radio, and AM/FM radio. .
