The van and machine are the top of the line for carpet cleaners. The van is the 3500 1 ton series so you won't have a problem with the springs sagging from the weight of the equipment. Alot of machines you see on the road are 1/2 or 3/4 ton and do not have the suspension to carry the machinery and water that is in the tanks which causes alot of alignment, wear and safety issues with the suspension. The tires are in good condition as well. This machine is one of the most maintenance free carpet machines ever made. They run off the van's engine so there is no separate engine for the machine that can break down. They are much more reliable than the slide in type of machines. This machine also has what's called a Salsa Package which is an upgrade that produces higher water temperatures for the cleaning solution. The vacuum is the biggest one made by Hydramaster and provides plenty of lift to remove water from flooding and normal carpet cleaning. We have set up the unit to be extremely convenient to use with a 110 gallon fresh water tank so you don't have to find a water faucet on every job.It also has a live fresh water hose reel and live solution hose reel so you can just hook up the hose and go. With most machines you have to take off a section of hose and plug it into the machine each time which is a pain. It also has an electric vacuum hose reel which really saves your energy rolling up the hose after each job. Also included is a 4 blower shelf for holding air movers. A cleaning wand is included and all of the door and side wall shelving. The unit is also carpeted which makes it much easier to keep the floor clean as you can just run over it with the cleaning wand as often as needed. There are no known issues with the van or the machine. The van is in good condition with only a few minor visual defects like the front bumper which is pictured. It has never been in an accident but the bumper has a couple of parking lot bumps since it was used for doing apartments and was pulled in and out of alot of parking spots.
