1973 Scout II 345 V8, Automatic transmission (727 TorqueFlite I belive), Odometer shows 78599.1 Miles. I recently purchased this from a friend of a friend who was restoring it. The truck was driven into the garage about a year ago when the project started. To my knowledge this is a runable drivable unit, it just needs put back together. I can't gaurentee every nut and bolt is here but the guy started with two Scouts and ended up with this one. The body has been sandblasted and primed, the only places I can see any holes from rust are at the bottoms of the front fenders and the front of the hood. It has all new 3" lift springs and shocks, extended brake lines and a 2" body lift. The steering shaft has an extention in it for the body lift, it's a store bought unit not a home fabbed mess. Also it comes with a brand new wiring harness from Kwik Wire, from looking at it it covers everything from the head lights to the tail lights. There are new headers that come with it, one is on the engine and one is not. As you can see from the pictures there are doubles of many parts including, windshield frame, tail gate, and head light buckets. The interior has been painted with bedliner material. The seats are all with the truck but are typical 37 year old seats. I didn't get any pictures of the top but it does come with the truck as well. This would be a great project for someone, the hard work and most of the money has already been spent, you just need to put it back together.
