This is a model considered to be highly desirable in the Saab world. It is in very good condition for its age. I know it is difficult to evaluate a car via pictures so I will try to give you a good feel for the car. Please feel free to ask me questions. Also, I encourage and am happy to assist with any inspections prior to auction end. EXTERIOR: The paint still has a nice shine to it and is in good overall condition. It has normal wear but no major scratches or blemishes. The covertible top was replaced in 2001 and is in very good shape. Tires are Michelins and have 65% life left and all match. INTERIOR: Front seats were recovered in 2008 and look very good, rear seats have original leather and is in avg. condtion. The dash has NO cracks and the interior is basically original and is clean. Outer edge of steering wheel is showing wear. Both power seats work and power top works. AC is not functioning I have not tried to recharge as I always drive with top down. The instrument panel has a crack running through it. Overall interior is still very nice. MECHANICALLY: The car runs and drives as it should, turbo comes on normal and shifts normal - nothing unusual. No oil leaks and has a two inch thick folder with receipts for past repairs and maintenance. SRS Warning light is on and I was told due to intermittent contact with the coil in the steering wheel. Temp stays mid level and 2nd fan comes on as it should. No strange noises or sounds. Overall a nice solid Special Edition Saab. I see no rust issues as so many of these have. I purchased from an elder Gentlemen who used the car rarely. This is not a show car but not a typical older Saab either, somewhere in the middle.
