THIS MERCEDES HAS THE BULLETPROOF 3 LITER 5 CYLINDER TURBO DIESEL ENGINE EASILY GOOD FOR A HALF MILLION MILES OR MORE AND A SMOOTH SHIFTING FOUR SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. ORIGINALLY DESIGNED FOR THE EUROPEAN MARKET THIS WAGON SEATS 5, CARRIES ALL YOUR STUFF, HANDLES GREAT, GETS OVER 25 MPG AVG AND IS FULLY CAPABLE OF SUSTAINED HIGH SPEEDS. THIS CAR RUNS AND DRIVES AND HANDLES LIKE NO OTHER WAGON OF ITS ERA AND BETTER THAN MOST OF TODAY'S SUV'S AND CROSSOVERS. EXCELLENT POWER, SMOOTH RIDE AND OUTSTANDING HANDLING. THE MOTOR RUNS EXCELLENT WITH NO OIL LEAKS AND NO SMOKING AND VERY GOOD POWER. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTHLY AND FIRMLY. THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH NO DENTS OR EVEN DINGS TO SPEAK OF. THE PAINT STILL LOOKS GOOD BUT IS STARTING TO SHOW ITS AGE AND THERE IS ONE SPOT ON THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR THAT HAS BEEN TOUCHED UP. THIS CAR HAS VIRTUALLY NO RUST OTHER THAN A FEW TINY SURFACE MARKS - NO BODY CANCER. DUE TO THE AGE OF THE CAR I AM SELLING AS TMU (TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN) THIS CAR IS BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE. THE MB TEX. SEATS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND SHOW VERY LITTLE WEAR AND ARE STILL FIRM AND COMFORTABLE. THE REAR SEATS LOOK MOSTLY UNUSED. THIS WAGON DOES NOT HAVE THE 3RD SEAT OPTION( 3RD SEATS ARE AVAILABLE USED FOR ABOUT 200) THE REAR HATCH DOES NOT OPEN- THIS IS COMMON AND EASY TO FIX. THIS WAGON HAS SUNROOF, POWER WINDOWS AND POWER LOCKS. THE AC SYSTEM WORKS, THE PUMP COMES ON BUT IS NOT IS NOT BLOWING VERY COLD AND THE 2 REAR WINDOWS WORK BUT SOMETIMES THE SWITCH NEEDS TO BE JIGGLED- THE AC JUST PROBABLY JUSTNEEDS A CHARGE AND THE REAR WINDOWS NEED A NEW SWITCH. THE CLIMATE CONTROL WORKS FINE OTHERWISE. THE TIRES ON THIS CAR ARE HIGH SPEED RATED AND IN GOOD CONDITION WITH ABOUT 60% TREAD. THIS CAR HAS A BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR AND INTERSTATE BATTERY. UNDER THE HOOD IS CLEAN WITH NO LEAKS ETC. THESE 300 TD'S ARE ALSO GREAT FOR CONVERSION TO WASTE VEGETABLE OIL WVO OR STRAIGHT VEGETABLE OIL SVO OR BIO DIESEL.
