Fee and Tax Information: Fees: There is a $180 documentation fee paid to the Secretary of State of Illinois, there is a $10 fee for a 10 day drive-away sticker. For all out of state purchases, Sales tax will be determined based on your states tax rates and not the tax rates of Illinois. For AZ, CA, FL, HI, IN, MA, MI, and SC the sales tax will be included in the funding, however, for all other states a check will be given to you to cover taxes, titleing, and all other state fees after funding has been received. All other fees are based on titleing and licensing in your respective state. For all Illinois residents the sales tax rate is 6.25%, License and Title Fee is $194, and the documentation fee applies.
