I have been asked by a good friend to help him sell his 1999 SLK. It was purchased new by him and his wife. They have driven it very little and are literally the kind of folks you want to buy their used car when they are done with it. For instance, it has the dealer accessory carpet mats, they put weather tech mats over those, and when it came here it had towels down to protect those mats. It had a bulb burnt out in the heater fan control, and he wanted me to have a Mercedes tech make sure it was installed, because that was the only thing it needed. I did that for him, and got a glowing report from Certified Mecedes Master Tech that it needed absolutely nothing. Please email me with any questions, I or the owner will try to answer them.
