NO RESERVE!!! I bought this spitfire as an abandoned vehicle at public auction 5 years ago,(2005). It was sold as non running, with no key. After pulling it into the shop and looking it over, I found a key in the ashtray, got lucky there. Paperwork found showed it was last licensed in 1994 in South Dakota. Jacked it up to look over the floor panels(good), I found a dried up pine cone in the exhaust pipe, thats when I decided to dump some gas in the carb and see what happened. It fired up, ran rough but did run. In the years I have owned it I put new tires on it(P165-75R 13's), replaced trunions , installed rebuild kits on master brake and clutch(leaking again from non use). Not much for 5 years so it's time to let someone else tinker with it. There is a crack in windshield(see pic). Body seems good. I have never driven this vehicle! All parts pictured go with it. Some shown include: Hard top, Convertible framework(seems good), starter(unknown, found in trunk), (2) side draft carbs with intakes(1)Stromberg (1) Zenith. Side draft Air cleaner w/ filter.
