11. Title Information: Joey D’s Auto Outlet is a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Florida and guarantees a clean title on all our vehicles. In Florida most titles are held with the lien holder, therefore in some cases the title may not be present at delivery. Titles will be sent via overnight delivery to our buyer.
12. Airport Pickup: A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Tampa Interntional or St.Petersburg/ Clearwater airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Governing Law; Venue: These "Terms and Conditions" will be construed in accordance with and governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida applicable to Terms and Conditions made among Florida residents and to be performed wholly within such jurisdiction, regardless of such parties actual domiciles.
